In chart-view, you get an overall sense of how things are progressing, as well as tools to narrow your focus. Toggling between these views transforms your raw Planner input into useful visuals that are easy to share. ![]() There’s Board, which we’ve been looking at, but also Charts and Schedule. At the top of the window, you can switch between three different views in Office 365 Planner: The board grows as you add new tasks and buckets, but this is only one of the ways you can visualize your project in Planner. You can drag and drop tasks from one bucket to another as a project progresses, or as different people need to take the lead.
